Terms & Conditions of Nambucca Preschool
Acceptance of enrolment and child's attendance is subject to:

Submittal of a completed Enrolment Form, Immunisation History Statement, signed NSW Department of Education: Consent to use and disclosure of child's personal information form, and, evidence of concession eligibility (e.g. Health Care Card, Pension Card) as applicable for each child.

Bond paid on enrolment $80 and Membership Fee of $2.20 (payable once a calendar year)

Adherence to Preschool policies is compulsory.

Attendance sessions are from 8:30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 3pm on Fridays. Placements are subject to availability. Please note, flat rate fee of $50 applies for late departure after 4pm Monday to Thursday and $10 for each 15 minutes after 3pm on Friday.

Base fees as per Preschool's Fee Schedule apply to all children enrolled at Preschool, your account should be maintained with fees paid for two weeks in advance or at minimum requirement with the fees of the week your child is attending paid.

Outstanding accounts may result in the termination of your child's placement and incur additional fees, charges and commissions charged by debt collection agency and incurred by Preschool in the process of debt recovery.
