We develop and maintain respectful and equitable relationships with each child and support them in building sensitive and responsive relationships with other children and adults.

Miss Janine
Janine comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She holds a Diploma of Children's Services. Janine has previously owned her own child care centre and is now thriving in her role as our Director/Nominated Supervisor. Her passion for Early Childhood is evident in her interactions with the children. She loves to create new and interesting craft activities for our children.

Preschool Teacher, Room Leader
Educational Leader
Janice has dedicated over 20 years to her love of early childhood education. She has a Bachelor of Education in Early Childcare, a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) as well as a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary).
She has a passion for watching the children grow and learn and she loves the " lightbulb" moments where she can see the children realising that they are capable of many things.
Miss Van
Educator
With a Diploma in Children's Services, and experience as an early childhood coordinator, Van is a very valued member of our team. She has experience in supporting children with developmental concerns, focusing on capacity building with families to best support children. Van brings enthusiasm and energy to our preschool.
Miss Jackie
Educator
Jackie is one of our part time employees. She holds a Certificate III in Children's in Children's Services. After a 25 year career in the medical field, she opted for a career change to early childcare.. She loves being an educator for the children and their families at Nambucca Preschool. She feels it is truly rewarding.
BLUE ROOM
Miss Angie
Blue Room Leader
Angela has a Diploma in Children's Services. Angie is wonderful with the children and has a great rapport with all the children and families at our preschool. Angie loves that the staff work together as a team to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Miss Alice
Educator
Having completed a Diploma in Children's Services, Alice joins us as one of our fresh, young faces. She has 3 years experience in larger centres and is enjoying the family feel of Nambucca Preschool. Helping children discover who they are and supporting them through their learning journey truly fills her with joy.
Miss Anna
Educator
Having completed a Certificate III in Children's Services, and having 15 years experience, Anna has been a recent addition to our family and has fitted in amazingly with both staff and our children. Anna finds her role very rewardable.
Other Staff
Leonie
Office Manager
Leonie has many years experience in office duties and is enjoying her time with our preschool. Leonie looks after all our administrative duties. She enjoys the atmosphere of our preschool and loves when the children come into her office for a visit to show her their latest craft creation.
Lynette
Lynette is part of our behind the scenes staff, in charge of the cleaning of the Preschool premises. She ensures that the indoor play environments and facilities are clean and hygienic for all our little friends and their families. Her valued work is carried out after hours so our families do not often get to meet her.
