Janine Reibel
Janine comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She holds a Diploma of Children's Services. Janine has previously owned her own child care centre and is now thriving in her role as our Director/Nominated Supervisor. Her passion for Early Childhood is evident in her interactions with the children. She loves to create new and interesting craft activities for our children.

Janice Hoffman
Preschool Teacher, Room Leader
Educational Leader
Janice has dedicated over 20 years to her love of early childhood education. She has a Bachelor of Education in Early Childcare, a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) as well as a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary).
She has a passion for watching the children grow and learn and she loves the " lightbulb" moments where she can see the children realising that they are capable of many things.
Nerida Travers
Educator
Nerida has worked in early childhood education for over 18 years and has been a member of our team for over 10 years. With a Diploma in Children’s Services, Nerida really enjoys providing an inspirational environment where the children can play, learn and have fun doing it.
Emily Fletcher
Educator
With over 20 years' experience in early childhood education, and 15 years’ working at Nambucca Preschool, Emily loves the child friendly environment and the impact her planned activities have on children's journey of learning, discovery, experiences and wonderment. Emily has a Certificate III in Children’s Services.

Angela Stone
Blue Room Leader
Angela has a Diploma in Children's Services. Angie is wonderful with the children and has a great rapport with all the children and families at our preschool. Angie loves that the staff work together as a team to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Allashia Pearson
Educator.
Having completed a Diploma in Children's Services in 2017, she is now working her way through her Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood). Allashia feels childcare isn't just a job, it is her passion. Helping children discover who they are and supporting them through their learning journey truly fills her with joy.
Anna Rosentreter
Educator. Special Needs Assistant
Having completed a Certificate III in Children's Services, and having 15 years experience, Anna has been a recent addition to our family and has fitted in amazingly with both staff and our children. She has been employed to assist some of our children with extra one on one time. Anna finds her role very challenging at times but always very rewardable.
Jackie Crooks
Educator.
Jackie is one of our casual employees and she holds a Certificate III in Children's in Children's Services. After a 25 year career in the medical field, she opted for a career change to early childcare.. She loves being an educator for the children and their families at Nambucca Preschool. She feels it is truly rewarding.

Leonie Bull
Office Manager
Leonie has many years experience in office duties and is enjoying her time with our preschool. Leonie looks after all our administrative duties. She enjoys the atmosphere of our preschool and loves when the children come into her office for a visit to show her their latest craft creation.
Lynette Lyons
Lynette is part of our behind the scenes staff, in charge of the cleaning of the Preschool premises. She ensures that the indoor play environments and facilities are clean and hygienic for all our little friends and their families. Her valued work is carried out after hours so our families do not often get to meet her.
