Meet Our Team
Our team makes us the Preschool of choice in the Nambucca Valley.
Particularly their special, trusting relationships with children, which creates a secure and stable environment where your child will thrive.
Without exception, all children settle in beautifully. Simply because we focus on getting to know them, truly understanding their needs, and using our experience in child development to create play-based strategies that bring out the best in every child. We develop and maintain respectful and equitable relationships with each child and support them in building sensitive and responsive relationships with other children and adults.
This is the reason why we have received 'Exceeding the National Quality Standard' for relationships with children.
Our educators develop strong collaborative partnerships with families, supporting our belief that parents are the first teachers of their child.
We openly welcome families from all backgrounds and cultures.
We support your children with more than 120 years’ combined experience in early childhood education.
Our educators have:
Diploma of Teaching
Diploma in Children’s Services
Certificate III in Children’s Service
The stability of our staff sets us apart. Many have been with us for over 10 years.
A stable team allows your children to settle easily, be confident and secure in a familiar environment, and receive consistent, quality education and care. And our newest team members bring fresh ideas, knowledge and experience.

Emily has a Certificate III in Children’s Services.
CASUAL EDUCATORS & SUPPORT WORKERS
Our support staff move between the Blue and Green Rooms as needed, are a valuable support to our educators and have developed a special rapport with all of our children.
Belinda Taylor is our newest member of staff at the centre, has a Certificate III in Children’s Services and has worked in early childhood education for few years. Belinda chose to work at our Preschool because of its caring and nurturing staff who extend their skills into mentoring and supporting new educators starting out in the industry.
Lynette Lyons is part of our behind the scenes, in charge of the cleaning of the Preschool premises. She ensures that the indoor play environments and facilities are clean and hygienic for all our little friends and their families. Her valued work is carried out after hours so our families do not often get to meet her.
